How we handle your list

Short version: it's your list, we use it only to send messages you approve, and you can take it back or delete it any time.

What we store

Names, mobile numbers, email addresses and ZIP codes. Nothing else. We never ask for or store purchase history.

Who can see it

You, and the small Terracotta team that sets up your account. Your supplier can't see it. Other stores can't see it.

Selling or sharing

We don't sell or share your list. If that ever changes, we'll ask you first, in writing, and you can say no. Saying no never affects your account.

Who gets messages

Only customers who agreed to hear from your store. You confirm that when you upload. Every text includes "Reply STOP to opt out" and every email has an unsubscribe link. Opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently.

What gets sent

Short updates we draft for your state: what's still on your shelf, what's changing, new products, and moments to speak up to lawmakers. Nothing goes out until you approve it.

Taking it back

Email desk@terracotta.news to export your cleaned list or delete it. Deletion is permanent and done within 7 days.
