Will my customers know it's from me?
Yes. Every message carries your store's name. Terracotta stays in the background.
What gets sent?
Updates about what's legal at your store, new products as your shelf changes, and moments to speak up to lawmakers. We draft them for your state; you approve each one.
Do you sell my list?
No. We don't sell or share your list. If that ever changes, we ask you first, in writing, and you can say no.
Does my supplier see my list?
No. Your list is private to your store. Distributors who refer you see that you joined, never a single customer.

What if I don't have a list?
Most stores don't. We'll set you up with a sign-up code for your counter, and your list builds itself.
Is texting my customers allowed?
Only for customers who agreed to hear from your store. Every text and email includes a way to opt out, and we honor it everywhere.
Can I leave?
Any time. Export your list or delete it, and it's gone.
