County alerts

Enforcement and rule changes near you, by text and email, with the checklist attached. Urgent alerts are confirmed by a person. No crying wolf.

02

Your Dec 11 playbook

What stays legal to sell, what to do with inventory, who to call. Updated the day anything changes.

03

Weekly moves

Every week, whatever the news: what happened and what you do. Never more than seven days from something with your name on it.

04

The capture kit

Most stores never built a customer list. A counter QR and text sign-up kit builds yours, in your own private silo, from day one.

05

Your customers, mailed

One or two emails a month to your customers, from your store, about what's changing and how to be heard. You approve every one.

06

Your list stays yours

Your supplier never sees it. If the pooled list is ever licensed, members share in it, on terms you sign before you add a contact.

Founding rate

Month to month. No card to apply.

Single store

$149/month

One location. Everything above.

Multi-location

Why paid? Free hope is how this industry got sold snake oil. You pay because the signal is real, and the money pays the people who sit the desk at 3 a.m.

Straight answers

What store owners ask us.

Will my supplier see my customers?

No. Contacts go from your store straight into your own silo. Partners see that you're a member. They never see a name.

Are you going to sell my data?

Not without telling you, and not without paying you. If the pooled list is ever licensed, members share in it, on written terms before you upload anything. We only hold marketing contacts: name, email, phone, zip. Never purchase history.

What if the ban lands anyway?

We never promised it wouldn't. We promise to be first to know and to have a plan for both days. Virginia has been under a state ban since 2023 and still has more than a thousand registered hemp retailers. The day enforcement starts is the day the signal matters most.

I don't have a customer list.

Most stores don't. That's what the capture kit is for.

Is this legal advice?

No. It's information and a plan from operators. For legal advice, talk to a lawyer. We'll tell you which questions to ask.
