- Separated concrete enforcement from laws, proposed rules, litigation, and scheduled effective dates; withheld unsourced enforcement imports.
- Grouped decision-maker observations by source event and withheld unrelated politics, random-token spam, personal scandals, wildfire/war coverage, and generic article mentions.
- Added relevance status and public display titles to bills; withheld unrelated Medicare and weights-and-measures imports and duplicate bill records.
- Corrected the Keep Florida Clean amount to $13.2 million, normalized several industry classifications, and removed a duplicated Ohio Issue 2 contribution from the public total.
- Restored source arrays and as-of dates for state posture, market, company, investor, and seed-to-sale records from the pre-migration archive.
- Withheld the unverified Bregal cannabis-capital record and completed six visibly truncated strategic-investor notes with qualified language.
- Replaced dead Ohio SB 56 and Hemp Industries Association v. DEA timeline links.
- Removed ingestion/migration timestamps presented as editorial “Updated” dates.
